Union League Bible Studies

Fridays this Spring at noon.

Each year Westminster professors lead a weekly Bible study at the Union League of Philadelphia that takes place September through May.

The Union League Bible Study for the Spring will continue to focus on what theologians call the " history of redemption."  This is God’s unfolding, progressive message of man’s salvation in Christ that unifies the Bible from Old to New Testaments.  Please join us to discover the fascinating and unexpected ways the Bible’s diverse message becomes focused as a laser beam pointing to Christ.  The Bible Study taught by the faculty and ministers of Westminster Theological Seminary continues its weekly lectures on Fridays, starting January 18th.  Each week is a self-contained message.  Come when you can.

When: Fridays at noon to 1:00 p.m.
Where: Union League of Philadelphia, 140 South Broad Street  Philadelphia, PA 19102
Lunch Price:  $19 per person, which includes tax and gratuity. 
Attire: The Union League of Philadelphia is a venue with a specific dress code:

  • For Men: Jacket and collared shirt are required at all times on the first floor members-only section of the League House. Jacket and tie are preferred. 
  • For Women: Dresses, blouses and skirts, or pants suit are appropriate attire. Pants should be tailored and are acceptable when worn with a jacket or other garments which would be appropriate if worn with a skirt.
  • Business Casual Attire: Defined as a collared shirt and pressed slacks for men and comparable attire for women.
