Making Sense of the Last Days.
Westminster Theological Seminary will host a conference in Nashville from February 28 - March 1 at Covenant Presbyterian Church, "Left Behind? Making Sense of the Last Days." Westminster faculty members will speak on the subject of the biblical books of Daniel and Revelation, dispensational interpretations, and more. Speakers include Drs. Peter Lillback, Vern Poythress, and David Garner. Also speaking will be Westminster alumnus and trustee the Rev. Dr. Harry Reeder.

Confusion abounds concerning the Bible’s teaching on the Last Days. In recent generations of the American Church, many have declared that Israel’s reestablishment as a nation (1948) and subsequent events in the Middle East into the 1990’s indicate that the Last Days are dawning. Simultaneously, those distraught by any compromise in our nation’s relationship with the nation of Israel insist that strong alliance with Israel is the only way to ensure God’s favor on the United States. Concerns about global warming, exploding ethical ambiguity, and cataclysmic cultural shifts simply intensify apocalyptic furor. Is World War III just around the corner?
On February 28- March 2, 2014, Westminster Theological Seminary is pleased to present a weekend seminar of biblical instruction, addressing key questions about the Last Days, the purpose of God for Israel, the books of Daniel and Revelation, and more.
Only faithful biblical teaching will silence Last Days’ frenzy with lasting truth. God's peace-giving Word is the order of the day, even in these Last Days. And when it comes to understanding the Bible’s teaching on the Last Days, you don't want to be left behind.
