Upper Darby is remarkably diverse with 53 nationalities represented and 120 languages spoken in its population of 85,000.

Upper Darby High School has been recognized as the most culturally diverse in the United States.

When Crossroads was a suburban church, it sent and supported missionaries throughout the world.  We still do, but today our primary mission field is our own community.  The world has come to us.

Dr. Timothy Z. Witmer, Minister of Preaching and Prof. of Practical Theology at Westminster, has been a pastor at Crossroads for 22 years.

Sermon Nuggets:

"How do such different people ever get together?  How can they live together?  How can they work together?  Let alone, how can they serve together?

...Oh sure, we've got great programs here; we do.  But other people have great programs.  But what we have here is a Gospel-driven love that works from the inside out, because we've been changed from the inside out by the power of the Gospel.

And that's the only way people are going to truly love one another.  People are going to truly serve together.  And people are going to  truly be able to make a difference in this community.

...Our unity is a testimony to the power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  And we're seeing the fruit of that foundation that was laid at the cross of Jesus Christ..."
