Robert G. Kramer, M.Div. '77, is President of Kramer & Associates, an Annapolis-based communications firm that specializes in facilitation and consensus building on high profile projects that require extensive community stakeholder involvement. The firm specializes in large scale transportation and other public infrastructure projects as well as major economic development initiatives. A Trustee of the Trinity Forum, he is also chairman of the advisory board for the Trinity Forum Academy and serves regularly as a Moderator.

In addition, Bob is the founder and President of the National Investment Center for the Seniors Housing & Care Industry (NIC), a non-profit education and resource center that serves debt and equity investors interested in the seniors housing and long term care industries. NIC is the leading provider of research as well as business and financial performance data for this industry.

A frequent writer and speaker on trends in seniors housing and care, Bob is also President of Kramer•Crosby, a marketing communications firm that specializes in healthcare, seniors housing, and long term care issues.

A former county government official, Bob created a local adolescent drug abuse prevention program that became a national model for parental involvement. As a Maryland State legislator representing the state capital of Annapolis in the 1980s, Bob was a leader on health care and environmental issues, including efforts to save the Chesapeake Bay through innovative legislation.

Bob has a long history of involvement with national not-for-profit organizations dealing with major social issues. He helped found and served as President of the National Federation of Parents for Drug-Free Youth (NFP), and was the Communications Director for the Williamsburg Charter Foundation, a national public policy project dealing with the role of religion in public life.

Bob received his A.B. degree with honors from Harvard University with a concentration in government. He did graduate studies at Oxford University and received a Master of Divinity degree from Westminster Theological Seminary.

Bob serves on the board of numerous community, educational, and philanthropic organizations. He lives with his wife of thirty-five years, Diane, in Annapolis, Maryland. The couple has three daughters.
