New Reformed University Fellowship Scholarship!

May 03, 2010

A new Reformed University Fellowship (RUF) 100% Tuition scholarship is now available for the upcoming academic year 2010-2011!  The application deadline has been extended for this scholarship only to July 15, 2010.  If you are a prospective US or Canadian student in need of financial aid,and have been or are currently an RUF intern.  Visit our scholarships page to see all of the scholarships that are available to students.

It is imperative that Westminster take steps to become the obvious educational choice for former RUF students and interns. Competitive scholarships are a critical step. Scholarships would help remove a clear obstacle between these prospective students and the education that will best equip them to potentially return to RUF as participants in one of our Church's most vital and strategic ministries. We want former RUF students and interns to come to Westminster and we want Westminster to train those who will return to provide pastoral leadership within RUF as this ministry expands.” Rev. Aaron Jeffrey, Board Member, RUF Campus Minister at Georgia Tech

"Proper in its unique ecclesiology/college campus approach, this ministry is reaching college students in ways that other ministries simply are not and cannot.  Moreover, with the growth and expanding impact of this strategic ministry, providing the training for these men and their ministries is essential.   Westminster must be competitive in this endeavor." Rev. Dr. David B. Garner, Associate Professor of Systematic Theology

The Reformed University Fellowship is a ministry of the Presbyterian Church in America, and is dedicated to building "a community on the college campus that reaches students of divergent beliefs and doubts with the message of the gospel and equips them to love and serve Jesus and his Church."  To visit the RUF website, click here.
