DEENA STUART first began in Development in 1978 as a Director with the YMCA program in Exton, PA. She was responsible for development and oversight of a new site, board of directors, budget, program, and marketing and fundraising.

Deena's many accomplishments include: Founding Executive Director of the Colorado Springs Pregnancy Center and Director of Development for Knox Seminary in both Fort Lauderdale and Colorado Springs. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management. And, she has completed course work in Planned Giving through the National Planned Giving Institute in Williamsburg, VA.

Deena and her husband, Bob have been married for 41 years. They have three children and nine grandchildren. Bob has been the pastor for three churches and currently serves as Interim Pastor with a church in Bryn Mawr, PA. They live in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

STEVE CAIRNS was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas.  He earned his undergraduate degree West Texas State University.  He received his Master of Divinity degree from Westminster Theological Seminary in 1984.  Prior to and after seminary, Steve served for a total of 13 years as an Area Director for Young Life.  He was ordained to the gospel ministry in 1986 in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church as an Evangelist.  Prior to coming to work for Westminster, Steve was Associate Pastor at Bay Area Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Houston, Texas for 8 years.  He continues to serve as an active Teaching Elder in the South Texas Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church in America.

In 1999 Steve became Director of Texas Development for Westminster. He has also served as Director of Alumni Relations and Educational Advancement for Westminster, helping to establish the Westminster Alumni Association.  He currently serves Westminster as a Development Officer for the South Central region of the country.

Steve and his wife, Paula, have been married for 35 years.  They have three adult children and four grandchildren who are seventh generation Texans. They currently reside in Boerne, Texas
